Path Project Management are positioned to lead construction projects from initiation and concept stage, through feasibility, design, procurement and finally implementation (construction) and close-out. Through project stages 1 - 6. This includes the assembly of professional teams, facilitating feasibility and design stage, tendering, contractor appointment and leading the construction process on the client’s behalf.

Whether directly construction related or not, Path Project Management can provide general project management assistance ensuring that your projects are delivered efficiently. Whether this is related to equipment installation, mechanical & electrical installation, IT infrastructure, security, health and safety or any project your business needs to undertake we have the Project Management know-how to assist.

Multifaceted, multidisciplinary, and complex projects often have the requirement of employing multiple principal contractors or a combination of direct and indirect contractors. Path could provide a service in terms of integrating and coordinating such an effort to ensure that unnecessary costs or delays or not incurred due to this. Communication is the heartbeat of any project.

Construction projects have a way of changing rapidly as they are normally quite a dynamic environment. Path Project Management have the capacity to support contracting concerns in delivering a partial construction management service providing intervention in a vast array of application from contracts management, to managing a portion of the works, assistance with contract documentation, quality documentation, method statements, contractor, or trade management and especially project planning, scheduling, and programming services. In addition to this we could assist with information management, claims assessment and drafting, project control and reporting.

In addition to this we could assist clients who have multiple contractors employed as principal contractors to manage activities by ensuring that proper leadership, planning, co-ordination, organization, and control is in place.

Construction Contracts can be difficult to navigate for clients and professional teams, especially given the administrative load that project leadership can please on design organizations, developers, or clients. Given our teams background in managing construction projects from a contractual perspective we can provide clients or project teams with a complete service as far as principal agent, client representative or client’s engineer is concerned as defined by set form construction contracts.

Path can provide a standalone service to construction project teams, including clients and consultants putting project plans and schedules in place that can be monitored and reported to ensure that project time frames are adhered to and managed. This could assist greatly with the co-ordination of your project and especially integration should you have multiple projects or sub projects running that could influence each other. A prime example of this is the integration of different OEM schedules into master project schedules or rolling up all client projects under way into an overarching programme schedule. Schedules are an integral means of communicating project requirements and ensuring that your entire team is aligned.

Path Project Management are acutely aware that information is key in the decision making process. We can hence provide a detailed level of project control and reporting ensuring that clients, consulting team or contractor have good oversight of how projects are currently performing. Whether it be health and safety, quality, information, cost, time, or other performance requirements.

Driving health and safety performance on site through good working relations with clients, design teams and contractors but also client safety teams, safety agents and contractor H&S officers is a big focus for Path. Having health and safety as the primary project value is a non-negotiable on projects where Path are involved.

The delivery of a quality product throughout the project life cycle does not happen by chance. Path can assist in providing your project with ensuring that proper quality systems are established and implemented to ensure that your project is delivered in accordance with requirements. The role of correct quality documentation and tailored quality intervention cannot be overlooked.

No project is a success without sound commissioning practices in place ensuring that the deliverables for all trades are met. Path has a solid grounding in this project requirement and can get involved in ensuring that commissioning activities are well coordinated and documented between client, contractor and designer.
